Consent and your choices
When you provide information to request assistance or services, we use it for the purposes explained at collection and reasonably associated with your request.
You may withdraw consent to optional uses by contacting us, subject to legal or contractual restrictions and reasonable notice. We will explain if withdrawing consent affects our ability to provide a requested service.
Kendall Printing does not currently operate a regular promotional email newsletter or subscription-based marketing program. We conduct little, if any, promotional email marketing.
An enquiry does not automatically subscribe you to marketing communications. If we occasionally send promotional messages, we will do so with the consent or other permission required by applicable law and provide an unsubscribe option where required.
Cookies and website features
Our website is hosted on Wix. Wix and enabled website features may use cookies or similar technologies for functions such as security, maintaining sessions and remembering preferences.
We use Usercentrics for Wix to manage cookie consent preferences. Where consent is required, visitors can accept, reject or customize optional cookie categories through the consent banner.
Embedded features, including Google Maps and any enabled chat tools, may receive technical information when they load or when you interact with them. These providers may also process information under their own privacy policies.
Where non-essential analytics or advertising technologies are used, we will provide information about their purposes and obtain consent where required. Available cookie choices depend on the features enabled on the website.
You can manage cookies through your browser settings and the Usercentrics cookie consent controls provided on our website. You may also change your cookie preferences through those controls. Blocking some cookies may affect website functionality.

Service providers and disclosure
We may share information with service providers that support website hosting, communications, technical maintenance and fulfilment of requested services, where necessary for those purposes.
For printing and production projects, this may include outside suppliers or production partners providing specialized printing, finishing, bindery, mailing, shipping or related services.
Customer information, artwork and production files are shared with these providers only to the extent reasonably necessary to complete the requested services.
We remain responsible for personal information under our control and use appropriate contractual or other measures to protect information handled on our behalf.
We may also disclose information where required or permitted by law, including to comply with a lawful request or protect legal rights.
Processing outside Canada
Wix and other service providers may store or process information outside Canada. Information processed in another country may be subject to that country's laws and lawful access by its courts, law enforcement or government authorities.
You may contact us with questions about our use of service providers or processing outside Canada.
Customer files and third-party information
Files supplied for printing may contain information about other people. Please ensure you have the authority and any necessary permissions to provide that information for the requested work.
We use customer-supplied materials to assess and carry out the requested services and related administration. Where necessary, these materials may be shared with authorized outside production suppliers involved in completing the requested work.
This policy does not give us permission to use confidential customer materials in public marketing.
Retention and security
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, including applicable legal, accounting and dispute-resolution requirements.
Customer artwork, print-ready documents and related production files are generally retained for approximately 10 years. This allows us to support repeat orders, revisions, production consistency and ongoing customer service.
Other records, including enquiries, quotations, invoices and order information, are retained for as long as reasonably necessary for business, administrative, accounting and legal purposes.
Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information, the project or business relationship, customer instructions and applicable legal obligations.
When information is no longer required, we take reasonable steps to securely delete, destroy or anonymize it.
We use safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information. However, no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Access, correction and privacy concerns
You may contact us to request access to personal information we hold about you, request corrections, withdraw consent where applicable, or raise a privacy concern.
We may need to verify your identity before responding. We will respond within the time required by applicable law and explain any lawful limitations on access or other requested action.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
External websites
Our website may link to other websites, including promotional-product catalogues and related businesses. Their information-handling practices are governed by their own privacy policies. Please review those policies before providing information.
